1. RISK AND EXCLUSION FROM LIABILITY
1.1 The author, Mr. “Sim Yu Chin” (Stanley Sim) will not be held liable for any investment decisions made. You agree that the information provided is for general purposes only and may or may not be accurate in any way.
1.2 You understand that all investments carry risk, and shall not have the intention to sue/ downgrade or tarnish the reputation of the author in any way possible. There will be no refund of any amount for the value of the contract once the customer has agreed to purchase the service.
1.3. The author is not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any failure of indicator of information, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of service. The author assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration within the course of service provided.
1.4 The author is not liable or responsible for any additional fees, claims, charges or of any material which can be classified as a liability to the author.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFITS OR RETURNS
2.1 There is no guarantee of profits, success or returns in this contract or course of service. The client is aware that there may be losses in investments made even after signing up for this course.
3. ACCURACY, TIMELINESS AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
3.1The author is not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any failure of indicator of information, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of service. The author assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration within the course of service provided
4. CLASSIFICATION, TREATMENT, TYPE OF INFORMATION
4.1 The information provided should not be treated as financial advice. Rather, it should be treated as general information that could be used by the public. The advice of other professional licensed consultants such as lawyers, financial consultants, stockbrokers or other professionals should be consulted should there be discrepancy of information or if the client does not agree to the information provided by the author. The client is aware that the author is providing the information based solely on his experience and knowledge and accepts that the information provided may have a conflict with other professionals and opinions. Therefore, information provided should be treated as general information.
4.2 The service provider is providing information to the client as a form of consultation to the business or for the welfare of the client with no liability to be borne if the information provided does not produce results.
5. BILLING OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE
5.1 The author reserves the right to terminate any bonded contract should there be unavoidable circumstances to continue providing the service.
6. MODIFICATION, ADJUSTMENT, ADMENDMENT OF PRODUCT
6.1 The author reserves the right to modify the service and prices provided. Prices for the products and services may change without the notice of the client. Prices of the products may change in accordance to the rights of the author. However, any amount of contract which has already been agreed upon would not be subjected to any changes of price.
6.2 The author reserves the right to limit the sales of the product or service provided to any person, jurisdiction, or geographic region. The author also reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time. The author also reserves the right to cancel the subscription of the client should there be a violation of terms after warning the client.
6.3 We reserve the right to un-publish or pause our services temporarily should market conditions remain quiet, unfavourable, or stagnant as viewed by the author. There will be no charges for extended subscription periods as it would be accounted for each day of unpublished service.
7. DISCLOSURES
7.1 The author may directly or indirectly own shares of the mentioned companies during the course of service. The author reserves the right to buy or sell shares in any manner of his choice as a right of an individual investor.
8. TERMS OF USE AND INFORMATION
8.1 The author agrees to keep client information confidential and will not to distribute client information without the permission or authority of the client
8.2. The client agrees not to distribute information provided by the service provider to any third party member. Should there be unauthorised distribution of information by the client, the client may be subject to termination of the contract with no refund of the remaining contract period.
