I started learning about investments and financial markets since i was 15. As of today, I have accumulated 7 years of experience in my knowledge in financial markets and investments. Investing has always been my passion since i was a small kid. I put in hours of work and research into my work each day to deliver the best results.

At the age of 19, I made it into the newspapers nationwide as I was crowned the Kentrade Trading Challenge II Champion that drove away with a Volkswagen Beetle Tsi 1.2 worth RM 135,888. Kentrade Trading Challenge is an investment competition that was organized by Kenanga investment Bank Berhad in 2015. I beat over 18,000 competitors in this competition, which comprised of the public, investors, and Malaysians of all ages.

In 2016, I joined another prestigious investment competition that was organized by CIMB bank called CIMB ASEAN Stock Challenge 2016. After making it through the National round, I competed in Singapore to represent Malaysia and competed against other international countries of the ASEAN region. I am glad to have beaten over 3,400 teams and was crowned REGIONAL CHAMPION of this prestigious competition, walking away with 12,000 USD and a trip to Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Both these prestigious competitions are based on real-life financial markets. Currently, I am an active investor and trader in the Malaysian stock market with the hopes and vision to empower youths and seniors with the right and profitable knowledge of making money in the stock market. I have applied many technical and fundamental analysis in my trading strategy.

 

What type of stocks do I normally trade? I do have a special preference for momentum and growth stocks. However, I do trade fundamentally good counters as well. I strongly believe that each investor must have an overall view of the market to make a better final investment decision. Investing should be a skill that everyone should have, regardless of age or gender.
